General Warranty Overview
At Modsters, we stand behind the quality of our work, offering a range of premium automotive customization services that include ceramic coating, vehicle wraps, and window tinting. We take pride in our craftsmanship and back it up with warranty coverage you can count on. Our service-specific warranties, including ceramic coating warranty, vehicle wraps warranty, and window tint warranty, protect you from defects in materials and workmanship. Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied, and if something isn't right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
SERVICE-SPECIFIC WARRANTY COVERAGE
VEHICLE WRAPS
Warranty Length: 2–5 years (depending on wrap type and material). Coverage for vehicle wraps warranty includes issues like peeling, lifting, and bubbling, provided these are not caused by impact or neglect. Exclusions from this warranty coverage involve improper maintenance, accidents, exposure to harsh chemicals, or unapproved pressure washing. Additionally, for those interested in ceramic coating warranty or window tint warranty, similar terms may apply.
WINDOW TINT
Warranty Length: Enjoy a lifetime warranty on select films, including our vehicle wraps warranty. Coverage Includes: Protection against peeling, fading, bubbling, and discoloration under normal use, as well as comprehensive warranty coverage. Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover scratches, tears, or damage resulting from improper handling or installation by others, similar to our window tint warranty.
PAINT PROTECTION FILM (PPF)
Warranty Length: 5-10 years depending on film. Coverage includes: yellowing, cracking, peeling, and delamination, as part of our vehicle wraps warranty. Exclusions apply for rock chips, physical damage, or poor maintenance, which are not covered under the ceramic coating warranty or window tint warranty.
CERAMIC COATING
Warranty Length: 2–5 years depending on the package. Coverage Includes: The ceramic coating warranty covers loss of hydrophobic effect, as well as premature fading or breakdown. Additionally, the vehicle wraps warranty offers similar protections. Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply in cases of lack of routine maintenance, such as not washing or decontaminating the vehicle, which is also relevant for the window tint warranty.
CUSTOM GRAPHICS & DETAILING
Warranty Length: 90 days – 1 year (depending on scope of work) for our ceramic coating warranty, vehicle wraps warranty, and window tint warranty. Coverage Includes: Application issues or premature wear under normal use. Exclusions: Wear and tear, exposure to environmental damage, or misuse.
