Modsters Inc. is building its Social Media & Promotion Team, and we’re looking for digital-savvy creators who know how to tell stories, hype a brand, and grow a movement. Whether you're behind the camera, editing clips, writing captions, or running campaigns. We need you to help make our monster message roar across every platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, TikToks) that highlight Modsters' wraps, tint, detailing, shop culture, and more.
- Brand Voice: Write punchy, on-brand captions and posts that speak in the Modster tone—bold, fun, and unapologetically original.
- Platform Management: Regularly post and engage across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Develop and execute campaigns, contests, and collabs to promote services, events, or product drops.
- Engagement & Community: Respond to DMs, comments, and tags—build a loyal, hyped-up community around the Modsters lifestyle.
- Analytics & Growth: Track performance, experiment with content formats, and grow follower count and engagement over time.
- Collaboration: Work with the design, install, and events team to plan content, shoot footage, and tell the story behind each build.
- Event Coverage: Show up for pop-ups, shop events, or collabs to capture the action live and create buzz-worthy content.

Must Haves:
- 1–3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or content-focused page.
- Experience with content creation (photo/video), editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva), and scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of social trends, memes, hashtags, and platform algorithms.
- Killer communication skills and confidence in front of or behind the camera.
- Self-starter mentality—can ideate, execute, and adjust with minimal hand-holding.
- Passion for cars, mods, lifestyle brands, or creative media.
- Bonus: Photography/videography skills, ad campaign experience, influencer management.
Probationary Period:
All new hires will undergo a 1-week to 3-month trial period based on:
- Content Quality: Engaging, clean, well-branded content output.
- Growth Metrics: Consistent follower/engagement growth.
- Reliability: Regular posting schedule and quick content turnaround.
- Team Fit: Collaborating well with other departments and embodying the Modsters spirit.
- Initiative: Bringing new ideas and taking ownership of campaigns or series.
