Automotive Detailer
Job Description:

Modsters Inc. is on the hunt for an Automotive Detailer who takes pride in transforming vehicles into spotless, jaw-dropping monsters. Key Responsibilities:
- High-Level Detailing: Perform full interior and exterior detailing services, including vacuuming, shampooing, polishing, clay bar treatment, ceramic coating prep, engine bay cleaning, and more.
- Surface Perfection: Eliminate swirl marks, water spots, light scratches, and contaminants to bring out maximum shine.
- Ceramic Coating & Prep: Properly prep vehicles for ceramic coatings and assist in application when needed.
- Paint Protection Readiness: Prep vehicles for wraps, PPF, or paint correction by ensuring surface cleanliness and quality.
- Time Management: Handle multiple detailing projects daily while maintaining Modster-grade standards.
- Product Knowledge: Know your soaps, sealants, pads, machines, and chemicals—and when to use them.
- Clean Work Area: Maintain a monster-clean bay and keep your tools organized and ready to go.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with installers, wrappers, and service leads to ensure every ride leaves flawless.
- Customer Pride: Occasionally interact with customers to explain services, maintenance, and aftercare tips.

Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in automotive detailing (professional or high-end personal projects).
- Mastery of paint correction, ceramic coating prep, and interior deep-clean techniques.
- Familiarity with buffers, polishers, extractors, and detailing tools.
- Extreme attention to detail and a perfectionist’s mindset.
- Ability to work solo or side-by-side with a team of creative beasts.
- Strong work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, professional, and always chasing that next-level finish.
Probationary Period:
New hires will undergo a 1-week to 3-month trial period based on:
- Detail Quality: Consistency, precision, and that flawless finish.
- Efficiency: Speed balanced with quality—no shortcuts, no sloppiness.
- SOP Adherence: Following all safety, cleaning, and workflow standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Clean cars = happy monsters (and happy clients).

- Reliability: Showing up on time, ready to bring the shine.
