Automotive Tint Installer

Key Responsibilities:
- Professional Tint Application: Install high-performance automotive window tints (ceramic, carbon, and dyed films) on all vehicle types with flawless technique.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure cuts, edges, and finishes are precise, clean, and up to Modster standards—no bubbles, no creases, no excuses.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the pros and cons of different tint types and shades to meet client expectations and legal standards.
- Customer Experience: Occasionally interface with customers to explain benefits, durability, and care for window tints.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex curves, tight angles, or unique vehicle models with creative tinting solutions.
- Time Management: Complete up to 2-4 full vehicle tints per day while maintaining premium quality.
- Clean Work Area: Maintain a tidy, efficient workspace that reflects the professional and bold spirit of Modsters Inc.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our installers, designers, and service leads to deliver a complete Modster experience.

Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in professional automotive window tint installation.
- Steady hands, sharp eyes, and a perfectionist’s mindset.
- Familiarity with film types, cutting tools, heat guns, and tinting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a monster team.
- Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, responsible, and always down to learn something new.
Probationary Period:
New hires will undergo a 1-week to 3-month trial period based on:
- Installation Quality: Accuracy, cleanliness, and customer-ready finish.
- Speed & Efficiency: Completing jobs without compromising standards.
- Adherence to SOPs: Following safety and installation procedures to a tee.
- Warranty Recalls: Keeping callbacks to a minimum.
- Team Fit: Embracing the Modster mindset and collaborating like a pro.
- Punctuality & Discipline: Showing up ready to go, every single day.
